My samsung galaxy note is gone blank and saying unfortunately application installer has stopped what does this mean and how do i get my phone back? I cant even navigate around the screen as its just black, I have tried to reboot it and tried holding the volume down button and it then says its downloading something, but the screen is now stuck on it and been for about 3 hrs, turned it off and same message again.
